SWAN Con is a one day conference designed by women for women. Whether you are a business owner or CEO of your household, SWAN Con has something for you. Join other women for a day of inspiration, education and connection.
What is SWAN Con like?
SWAN Con is intended to be an uplifting experience for all women. Some of the women that attend the conference do so for a day away from the stress they commonly have to deal with.

The day is a blend of activity and learning. Each year SWAN - Strong Women Arise Network cur orates a lineup of 4-5 women who are experts in their field. These leaders share life-changing advice meant to inspire and empower women toward their goals.
How SWAN Con Began
SWAN was founded in 2019 and the group grew very quickly. Women were excited to meet in person. Relationships deepened, a book club was formed, and everything looked up for SWAN.
Then the pandemic hit. Meeting up in person became difficult. Yet, SWANs enjoyed developing the relationships they had built over the past couple years.

Mental health was a significant factor for many. SWAN founder, Angela Schalow, knew that her community of women needed meaningful time to invest in themselves and their relationships. In October 2021, the first SWAN Con was born.
